Discover public automations, filter results, and import published automations into your list.

Use Explore to browse community-published automations and import them into your own list.
Before you start
- You must be logged in to browse and import published automations.
- Imports are added to your current list; they do not replace existing automations.
What you can do in Explore

Search behavior
- Search is debounced to reduce repeated requests while you type.
- Results refresh when the search box is cleared or when the query has at least 3 characters.
- Typing
@meanywhere in the search box filters the list to your own published automations — combine it with other search terms (e.g.sheets @me) to search within just your own results. A Mine chip appears below the search box while this is active; click its × to clear it. - Clicking an author's name on a result does the same thing for that author instead of you — a By <name> chip appears the same way. The Mine and author filters are mutually exclusive: turning one on clears the other.
Import flow
- Open Explore from the left sidebar.
- Find an automation and open its ⋮ menu.
- Select Import and confirm the prompt.
- The extension imports the automation and opens it immediately for editing.
Imported automations may include newer fields. The extension migrates imported data to your current format automatically.
Managing your own published automations
Explore also doubles as a quick way to review and manage everything you've published, without opening each automation individually.
- Type
@mein the search box to narrow the list down to automations you published. - Open the ⋮ menu on any of your own rows — it has an Unpublish option in addition to Import.
- Select Unpublish and confirm the prompt. The automation is removed from Explore immediately.
Unpublishing from Explore has the same effect as unpublishing from the automation's own Publish panel: the cloud metadata entry is removed, but your local automation stays in your list.
Tips
- Start with broad terms, then narrow with longer keywords.
- Keep description view enabled when comparing similar automations.
- Check the URL and author name before importing.
- Found something useful from another automator? Click their name to see everything else they've published.
